Worship
Worship at Eden is bilingual, welcoming, and rooted in the belief that God’s love is wide enough for every person and every story.
Drawing from the Christian tradition through a progressive lens, our services blend scripture, prayer, music, reflection, and community participation in both English and Spanish. We seek to create a space where people can encounter the sacred, wrestle honestly with life's questions, and be inspired to live out faith through justice, compassion, and service. Whether lifelong Christians, seekers, doubters, or those returning to church after many years, all are invited to worship, belong, and grow together as beloved members of God's community.

At Eden, we believe children and youth are not just the future of the church—they are an essential part of who we are today. Led by Pastor Brenda, our Church School program invites young people to explore faith through storytelling, art, creativity, prayer, play, and community, nurturing curiosity, compassion, and a commitment to justice.
On Communion Sundays—the first Sunday of each month—and other special celebrations, children remain in worship with their families, joining the whole congregation around Christ's open table and sharing fully in the life of the church.
We also offer a PrayerGround at the front of the sanctuary—a welcoming space where little ones can play, wonder, draw, and engage with worship in ways that are natural and joyful. We celebrate the sounds and movement of children as signs of a living, growing community of faith.
Nursery care is available for infants and toddlers throughout the service, with trained, professional caregivers providing a safe, welcoming, and nurturing environment each Sunday. Through our Safer Congregation practices, Eden Church is committed to ensuring that every child and family feels cared for, included, and truly at home.

Music is at the heart of worship at Eden. Led by Pastor Ashley, our bilingual music ministry brings together a rich blend of traditions, languages, and styles through the Eden Ensemble and our welcoming Community Choir. Whether you're a seasoned musician or simply love to sing, you're invited to bring your musical gifts and join us for rehearsal before Sunday worship—no audition required.
Beyond Sunday mornings, Eden is also home to a Singing Resistance pod, where neighbors from across the Eden Area gather in song to nurture hope, build community, and strengthen movements for justice. We believe music can comfort, connect, inspire, and help transform the world.

Weddings & Memorials
At life's most meaningful moments, Eden Church is honored to walk alongside you. Whether celebrating a wedding, blessing a covenant, remembering a loved one, or giving thanks for a life well lived, our ministers are available to provide pastoral guidance, care, and leadership.
We welcome couples preparing for marriage and families planning memorial or celebration of life services. Because these events involve thoughtful planning and coordination, we encourage you to contact us several months in advance whenever possible.
In keeping with our Open and Affirming commitment, we joyfully welcome couples of all genders and sexual orientations. Guest clergy are also welcome to participate in services held at Eden.
